Organic Streaky Bacon

Here at Rhug we believe you should get what you pay for, no hidden nasties. For this reason we only sell dry cured bacon using a traditional dry-cure process that involves taking the meat and rubbing it, over a number of days, with our special recipe dry salt mix. It is then stored in our fridges over a number of weeks for the moisture to be drawn out. as our bacon is not injected with water it shrinks less and produces none of the white residue when cooked. Our curing process is solely aimed at producing bacon with a taste that has long been forgotten.
