Rhug Estate have opened a brand new building on the Estate which includes a first class butchers counter, a delicatessen with the finest cheese and meats, a wonderful new farm shop, a take away burger bar and also an exquisite 60 seat restaurant.

Sous Chef:

Experience will be required from working in busy high calibre kitchens, an ability to deliver consistently excellent food, to work to agreed GP’s and within defined HACCP guidelines are pre requisites for this role.

Other Positions available on our team include kitchen staff (skilled & unskilled), waiters and waitresses, morning kitchen production staff.
