Organic Free Range Norfolk Bronze Turkey The Bronze Turkey is acclaimed as one of the best tasting turkeys around, with a moist rich flavour and finely grained meat. Our organic hand reared turkeys are produced in the most natural way, living outdoors on rich fertile pastures, and sleeping indoors,(if they want to) in spacious turkey houses. This natural breeding process has a really positive impact on its taste, tenderness and meat yield. Organic Free Range Christmas Goose The traditional Christmas dinner bird. Our delicious organic geese are free to roam their clover rich pastures with access to water and natural forage at all times. The fat from your roast Goose makes mouthwatering roast potatoes too! Goose numbers are limited this year so order early to avoid disappointment.
We are now trading from Borough market every Friday and Saturday, pay us a visit to see a wide range of award winning meat and meat products. The farmers market is now back at Rhug on the first Sunday of the month through until December.
